Sons of God

Yea doth my heart yearn for the Voice of my God.
For though I walk in the world of the carnal,
yet does He draw me to the realm of the spirit.
Though I wander in the darkness of men,
yet do I see the dawn of the Son.

For as with the ancients of the lost ages,
as with all generations hence,
doth my heart hear the call of our God.

So hath His Spirit touched mine,
that my weak spirit may be made mighty,
that my heart may be lifted beyond my carnality.

So shall my faith in the ever rising Son
make me greater than a fallen man.
greater yet than the wisest beast of the field.
So have I been changed into a Son of the Living God.
